Activate your body, your sensations, and your imagination through this vigorous class, modeled after how the company trains every rehearsal. Expect to sweat, work hard, and be moving start to finish.

Soluq Repertory

12:30 - 1:30

Invest in repertory work from important Soluq works, including the finale solo from our latest work, BENT. We use the repertory to activate the scope of sensations that will prepare you to investigate Improvisation and Creation later on in the day.

Improv Methods & Structures

2:00 - 3:00pm

Learn some of the improvisatory tools that the company uses to create structure and story through the chaos and freedom of improvisation. We’ll be exploring both how to approach your own work within an improv structure, and ways you can conceptualize the larger structure of the scene and build upon it.
